SparklePop! Cleaning provides residential, commercial, vacation rental turnover, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and custom cleaning services throughout Central Florida and the Gulf Coast.
Service availability may vary based on location, schedule, property condition, access, and the type of cleaning requested.

Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including property size, cleaning type, condition of the space, frequency of service, location, and special requests.
Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property is different from the information provided at the time of the quote.

SparklePop! Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing before starting service if additional work is required.

Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window, but arrival times may vary due to traffic, previous appointments, weather, or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, including gate codes, lockbox information, parking instructions, or entry details when needed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the booking type, schedule impact, and preparation already completed.

Customer Responsibilities
Before our team arrives, customers should:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

Secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents

Put away personal items when possible

Notify us of any delicate surfaces, special instructions, or areas requiring extra care

Ensure pets are safely secured if needed

Inform us of any hazards, damaged areas, or unsafe conditions
SparklePop! Cleaning is not responsible for items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damage.

Satisfaction Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their cleaning service. If something is not right, please contact us within 24 hours of
the completed service.
When appropriate, we may return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost. Re-clean requests must relate to the original agreed scope of service.

Limitations of Service
For safety and quality reasons, SparklePop! Cleaning may decline or limit certain tasks, including but not limited to:

Hazardous waste removal

Mold remediation

Pest or biohazard cleanup

Heavy lifting or moving large furniture

Exterior high-window cleaning

Cleaning areas that are unsafe or inaccessible

Any task requiring licensed trade work
We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions, or outside the agreed scope.

Payments
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or service confirmation. Payment is due according to the agreed arrangement.
Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed future bookings or additional collection efforts.

Property Access and Lockouts
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to incorrect entry details, locked doors, unavailable keys, or other access issues, the appointment may be considered a lockout and may be subject to a fee.

Pets
We are happy to clean homes with pets. However, customers are responsible for securing pets as needed for the safety of our team and the animals. SparklePop! Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping or reacting during service if they are not properly secured.

Damage or Breakage
Our team takes care while cleaning your property. If damage or breakage occurs, please notify us as soon as possible.
SparklePop! Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, loose fixtures, fragile items left unsecured, or items already weakened or damaged before cleaning.
